Back in the saddle again! It's been a long time since I have logged on to fatsecret.com. It's been a long crazy trip. I haven't weighed myself yet. I believe I am slightly above where I started in pounds last time I was on here but it shouldn't be too bad. This time around I have my android so an app will be hitting that. This coming Thursday I'm headed with my stepson to the YMCA to get a family membership. He says that he will keep me motivated to workout ;) Knock on wood!! lol I was checking out some forums and old journal posts and seen ctlss is following The Primal Blueprint. Looks very interesting to me!! I will be checking into that more too ;)

I didn't do so hot. I haven't been doing any workouts and holidays stink. I know Sunday I blew it but my lack of workouts really did it. I gained a pound and gained 2.75 inches total...belly, and inch below, right thigh and upper arms were gain spots. I knew it'd be ugly. I had to take my rings off and hang them last night, my fingers were all puffy. Yeah...I ate all the dirty stuff...and for me that doesn't mean a honkin piece of chocolate cake. Now that I said that it sounds really good though...lol
