I haven't been on this site forever.

Really cool to see my past weight history and comment why things fluctuated. Life!

Starting a new journey this year, like many of you and going to document the road to clean eating again. I wasn't eating bad. I did meal prep and all. But I believe the treat here, treat there was more than the extra calories I needed.


Been on a plateau for some time now, but started up this month on whole 30 and looking to reset my diet. So far so good! More than half way this thing and realized I may have unconsciously been consuming way too much sugar and dairy prior to whole 30. No wonder I was stuck.

The weight history and past journal entries have shown me, I've done this before. It just took hard work to get it off. This whole 2 pound a week mentality needs to stop. (Maybe when I was younger)
