Need to get back on track tomorrow! I ate and drank so much junk last night and didn't really pay attention to my eating habits today. I feel so sick🤢 it's as if my body just rejects junk now🤕

urg it's cold and rainy and I'm hungry. Still fasting though, on 18 and a half hours now😣 let's see how long i can last👌

My energy levels suck! I think I might be overtraining. I haven't taken a rest day in a while which could be the problem. I work out 7 days a week but really starting to take strain. I'm extremely exhausted😣 I need to stop being so hard on myself and not feel guilty for taking a rest. I don't feel good about myself at all, tired of the 'you to skinny' comments too😑
