Ok, so I tried another one of those muffin recipes. This time it consisted of 2 boxes of jiffy corn muffin mix and 2 small cans of crushed pineapple in pineapple juice. Serving size is once again 24 and WW Points are 1 per muffin. I decided to only make one box with one can of crushed pineapple. I need to invest in another muffin pan. I thought my small muffin pan which yields extremely small muffins would be enough, but it wasn't. I didn't really taste the pineapple in them and I couldn't stop eating them. For the very small muffins I did eat. I equate my points to approximately 3. I have been having a snack attack the last couple of days when I get home form work. I don't know what the problem is, but today I will be going to the track or for a very long walk after work in order to get out of the house. I think the weather had a lot to do with it. When the winter comes, I am going to have to find some sort of activity to do; since I will not be able to go to the track. I have been thinking about doing Kick-Boxing. Maybe I will do it then. Oh well, moving past this. I hope it doesn't effect my weigh in on Monday.

Today started off kind of slow. I didn't want to get out of bed this morning. Needless to say, I was running late getting out of the door to go to work this morning. It takes me longer to prepare my lunch and breakfast in the morning than it does to pick out what I am going to wear to work. I got to work, park and had to do a slow trot down the street in shoes to get to work. With the day over and me home, I decided to go to the track. Of course, my boyfriend was supposed to pick me up from the track. The days are getting shorter and with him nowhere to be found, I found myself walking a little faster and jogging a little more to get back home before it got dark outside. At the end of my street there are three dogs in a fence and my fear is that one day they will get so excited and jump over the fence. So, when I got passed that corner, I jogged down the street to my house. Once again, a good workout that I didn't want to do in the beginning. I'm sure I will be sore in the morning :-(. Oh well, like they say, "NO PAIN, NO GAIN."

Hmmm. can't exactly remember what I ate on Saturday 18 Sep 10. The day started off good, but then I went to "The Castle," with my boyfriend, his son and a couple of his son's friends. I went a little off of my diet that day, but we did walk around for about three hours. I messed up my food journal I write by hand for that day and I started writing 19 Sep 10 food on it. I thought today was the 19th, so my journal for today is on the wrong date. I didn't really do much extra exercise this week and I am surprised that I lost the one pound I did this week. So, I went to the track and walked yesterday for two hours. I guess that helped. I made this Potato Soup yesterday. From the recipe it says it counts as 1 WW Point, but I am not sure. I had 1 1/4 cups of it. From my calculations, it should probably be at least 2 points, so that is what I am counting it as. All in all things are going well, but it will take me a little longer to reach my goal.
