Hi, I'm a full time college student but I also work a full time and part time jobs. With all the running around I do for that I find it hard to make healthier choices. I still live at home and my family are big pasta and bread eaters that have no desire to make healthier food. They also get upset whenever I make something for myself instead of eating whatever they have fixed. Also, whenever I try to eat what would be considered a health portion they make judgmental comments and make me feel guilty for not eating more. I am recently engaged and my fiance and I are both trying to lose weight and become healthier. I have struggled with my weight my whole life but have attempted to lose weight before. At one point I had lost 20 pounds but quickly put it back on after a loved one passed. I believe if I could stop my emotional eating it will make all the difference.
