Ooh OOh below 160 whoop whoop - only by a teensy bit, but I love teensy bits! Had an official dinner last night, oh the bread smelled SO good but not a crumb passed my lips, instead it was meat, tomatoes, aubergine - love it.

OK have found out that we are moving to Lagos, Nigeria. Could be worse, though I am not sure where.Meanwhile,lots of stress at work and the diet has stalled. Last weekend felt terrible (and was at a conference) and can only think it was"flu"..

Still stalled but I persevere. Last night we went out for a quadruple birthday celebration dinner to an asian restaurant. Thought it would be impossible to avoid noodles and rice, but no! Had a Thai beef salad and coconut praws, followed by chicken and basil (with a small amount of veggies) and didn't touch the rice at all! I felt so good when I got home. But tires of not losing. I should have measured, perhaps I am losing sneaky inches (or even centimetres!!)

Grrrr a gain. Only small but a gain. I WANT TO BE A LOSER!!!!!!!! I know what did it (I think) and much as I would like to believe that this is muscle instead of fat, I fear that I overindulged :-(
Back on track girl, back on track as I haven't lost in two weeks now.

Didn't get the job I applied for in Ethiopia (yes I am crazy enough to go there) and so feeling a bit down. Don't feel that I have lost anything this week - other than a bit of self esteem. However, people at work are noticing my weight loss (smaller tummy) and today I took delivery of my new Tone Up Sandals - not sure they will reduce my butt, but they certainly catch your eye so you don't notice it so much.
Have to push on with this though. I wore a dress on friday that I haven't worn in two years and I felt a little bit pretty! I have lots of lovely dresses that I would love to wear . . . so that's the goal
