Ok this is my first day on the South Beach!
I don't have a lot of time to prepare meals so I might be in for a rough time....not sure. I just ate 2 scrambled eggs(added a small amount of skim milk) for breakfast and had diet ice tea with it. Hope it holds me over until lunch time. WOW, what if it doesn't?????? I'm not really sure what I'm doing but I'm trying to make sense of the book, but I know the diet has been updated since I bought the book. I'm taking a can of high protien slimfast with me to work just in case.....don't always have the time to eat at work so sometimes I have to drink my lunch and I don't want to skip it or I'll just come home and pig out. It's happened before. Trying to set my self up for success and not failure. I hope I can succeed!!!! At this point I'm excited but also a little confused!!!!!! Kayless
