How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I don't own a scale but I wt at the gym and the doc. office and at my daughters. They all seem to wt. the same. I just can't pass up a scale. I see a wt. gain and I know I have to work harder and keep closer track of what I'm doing.

hot tea
I had 3 cups of hot tea tonight dining out with friends and there was 2.3 carbs in it. I am shocked. I felt tea would be free. One never knows. Good thing it didn't put me over my limit.

cheating on woe
I think it is the cheating from time to time that is slowing down my wt. lost. Even though I am loosing it is really slow. I guess I want it to just fall off and I know it doesn't happen that way.

Older women????
Ok I'm home from church and I am so proud of myself. I only ate one slice of ham and kept busy with serving people at the funeral dinner. I watched several of the ladies down some of those sweets and they really need to join us on our new life style. It made me more determined not to eat any of it. Thank you all for letting me join in to this group.
