I am 60 years old and have a hard time lossing weight I would at least like to loss 25 lbs I try to walk and do things but some time's it hard I have mg it make's my musules weak. so some time's I get lazy and eat to much. Well I will try the weight watcher's way and we we see how that will do.... Kaya now today in June 2015 I am still trying to loss weight it is so hard I am 66 now so I will say this helps me stay on track .....70 now and still watching my weight it still is hard i go up and down ..I am still working . Ithink about stopping but I worry if I do not keep busy I will gain more weight.
