I am a 27 year old stay at home mom of 3. In my past I was an extremely athletic person. I played soccer for 15 years (it paid for college, hey!) but 2 knee reconstructions in one year pretty much ended my career. I was unable to do most exercizes for about 18 months. I went from about 130 to about 175. I tried Adkins at that point and it was successful, as I got down to about 140 and then figured I didn't need to follow that life style anymore and the weight slowly crept back up. Then I gave birth to my beautiful twin daughters in 2005 and my weight ballooned to my current weight (205 *yuck*).
So, here I am, back to the Adkins lifestyle. I am a little older and wiser this time around, so I know that I will be successful.
