Today is much better. I got a great night's sleep and I woke up refreshed and ready to start my day. This is the first time that I have not been groggy/cranky in the AM in a while. I ate a good breakfast of eggs and sausage with a little cheese sprinkled on it. I ran around with my kids out back after breakfast before it got too hot.
I am not craving carbs at all today.. but I would kill for some chocolate.
My family was just invited to a fish fry this Saturday night at a friend's home. I will be going to the store to purchase my own fresh talapia that I can grill there without all the breading. I am using the recipe that I found on FS. I am really excited to try it!I also made sure that there was plenty of unbreaded shell fish too to munch on.
I will be switching out my ceremonial fish fry beer for a soda water w/ lime. I don't care if my husband teases me about it... once he sees me at my goal (he has never seen me thin except for in pictures) he will be eating his words :)
So now off to do some laundry... oh, fun <saracasm>

This is not a good morning. I know that they first few days are tough, but this was worse than the last time I tried the Adkins lifestyle. I had nightmares about eating bread... literally! My dream was about me losing all self control and stuffing my face on carbs....
This morning I woke up cranky and groggy. I ate a good breakfast, drank my water, and took my vitamins. But I have got a ton of stuff to do today: vacuum, mop, laundry, errands, and son's football practice this evening - all while chasing the twins around the house. I normally enjoy days like this - but I am very unmotivated.... I hope this isnt going to be the norm throughout induction.

Since I have yet to purchase a scale (my weight is from the scale at a friends house that I was at last week), I am recording my measurements... We will see how many inches I lose by Friday (payday)....
