So last night was the dinner party at a friend's house. I was doing ok... until desert. I brought sugar free jello and sugar free whipped topping so that I would not feel left out. But the brownie sundae was calling my name.. Actually, it was screaming my name. So I had some. But I exercized good protion control an only had 1/2.

I am paying for it this morning... I feel like crap! But I am drinking plenty, and I went for a walk this morning to make up for the sundae. I am back on track and I will not go back to my old habits.

I probably burned some calories last night playing Rock Band for the XBox 360. My arms are sore.. but I am a badass bass player :) We watched the Olympics and the Texans game then played that game for about 4 hours. It is really addicting.

So today is just a lazy Sunday. I am watching movies with my hubby while the twins are playing out back.... So, I am going to get back to it.

So the storm is over... Cravings are gone and energy is up. But this is where I have failed so many times. I have to force myself to eat. I woke up this morning not hungary at all. I managed to get a hard boiled egg and some celery down. That was at 8am this morning. It is now almost 2 and I have yet to eat again. My water intake is way up. I am very well hydrated, so that is good. I know I should eat - but I am not hungry and nothing looks good in the fridge. It's not like I don't have a variety of foods either. I have plenty of low carb stuff. I just don't want any of them. Uuuggghhh! I wonder if this is a common problem with others besides me?

This is what caused me to fail in the past. But the last time, I made it a few weeks before I got like this. Well... back to the fridge to see if something pops out at me :)
