Skinny Cocktails!!
I've been trying to find recipes for cocktails that contain less calories. It's easy to have a drink or two and not realize how many calories and sugar etc. they have in them!! Anyone have any ideas?!?

Fiber - I had it all wrong!
A nutritionist also told me that taking fiber such as metamucil helps to supress the appetite! You do definitly need to drink alot of water with it though.
