I need to go to the gym. Plain and simple, but im so tired i just cant get myself moving. I know that if I want to lose weight, im going to have to move my butt, especially becasuse everything i seem to eat has wayyyyyyyy more calories and points than I think it has. Like yesterday for example i ate over 2000 calories and about 45 points. On weight watchers, im allowed 25. Im going to the gym right now.

Yay yay yay!! Being able to record what I eat, helps me realize.. wow that has that many calories? that much fat? It really helps me think before i put something in my mouth. I'm not able to get to the computer every day, but I try my hardest. My thing now is to get to the gym!!! get moving!! I joined two new challenges, one for yoga, and one go slowly get a gym routine back in order. I dont know why I ever stopped going to the gym, but I gained 20 pounds because of it. So its time to lose that weight plus some and i'm excited about it :)

It is difficult for me to exercise at the gym right now because i injured my knee skiing last weekend and it hurts whenever i move it! so im going to clean around the house, go to work and drive to NH for the weekend to ski. I bought good food to eat this weekend, so i dont go out to eat, and eat excess calories. I love the fries at the mountain so im going to try to stay far away!

Today is my first day!! Im very excited to have this websight with such great recources in it! I used to play sports and exercise every single day, but now, I hardly do and it is showing. Right now I just want to focus on eating heathier and smarter and starting to add exercise back into my daily lifestyle, which is why I joined the tax season slim down challenge. I think that losing 12 pounds in 12 weeks is a realistic goal and wont put me under pressure to kill myself trying to lose weight, which id probably just gain back. Im excited to get started tomrorow :)
