good morning.
well today is routine DR appiontment day.obviously weight is down, lets see what labs look like. hungry this morning but gotta wait at least 30 to 60 minutes after i take my morning meds , espicially my thyroid pill.
glad that fall is coming(cooler weather is welcome) but hate that it the days are getting shorter and that it stays dark longer in the morning.
looked at some if my previous posts ; boy i better start looking at them before i punch save ; run together words; fat finger syndrome typing so words look like juberous and of course my terrible spelling, (which i'll never be able to fix after 69 years)
well anyway; hope everyone here on fs has a wonderful; productive day.

boy it's great when i have motivation!! mowed the front and sides of lawn .back still too damp. painted the mailbox post it was getting icky. cleaned the front porch. mulch is on sale. so got 5 bags for my 87yr old neighbor . think she will need 5 more. now its the time to get it 5bags/ $10.00 at home depot.. missed lunch again yeah for me!!!

well happy labor day. 0645 here , gotta wait a while befor i start the lawn mow. trash men are at work here. weather looking good at least this morning. hope everyone is well and happy. continue on this weightloss journey

oh GOD ; lazy day ; i'll keep my macro's in line and intake +- 1000-1200 and do a little laundry. if it stays dry today and tomorrow, i'll do labor day mowing the lawn . it is growing like crazy. . still thinking about going back to work. maybe something like hospice a couple days a week. that is if they would want an old nurse that worked icu the better part of 50 yrs with a bsn. i'de like to get a new floor and upgrade kitchen and bathroom.
