tried the carrington farm liquid coconut oil in bullet proof coffee this morning (MCT) well i had a good purge!!! haha
all inall a good day . out and about nothing particulary productive. fell pretty good. sticking with the program weight coming off slowly but by the book i should loose more .hope to get to 25% body fat eventually i think

good morning , looks like a beautiful day here in west florida . all though sorry for those who where flooded are still trying out. and the mosquito problem has magnified here. donated blood yesterday , they are testing for zika. the diet continues. my disire for food has deminished so much, if i eat more than 1000 kal ;i feel uncomfortably full. but still have to work on drinking water

ohhhh; achy today. had my DR appointment yesterday. all was good except cholesterol was up to 253 good cholesterol was up from 40 to 80 and tryglicerides
where down normal , with that kind of cholerserol numbers ;i at 69 yrs old would have a 10% chance of having a heart attack/stroke in the next to yrs. if i took anti-cholesterol pills i'll reduce the odds tp 6%. not heart attacks but strokes run in my family. guess i'll try the pills. but one side effects is achy muscles/joints . we will see how that goes. also creatinin was 1.3 which is a little high ; no advil or alive for me; better do a better job of keeping hydrated. DR was very happy with weight loss and did not advise me to not continue the HFLC ketogenic program.
