No sugar, no flour, meals and quantity.
I try with all my might not to eat anything that has been processed or at least overly processed. Anyone else find American Cheese appalling? I also avoid carbs, sugars, wheat products etc. I keep my carbs below 20 daily. Also another thing I've recently been practicing, I only eat my calories, I don't drink them. It works for me. YMMV. Happy Hump Day!
