Another day no drop... Ugh at plateaus. Gym early again this am. Upper Body day..And cardio... :) Back after work for another hour of Cardio... Feeling fit these days even if I am not seeing the scale drop.

Early morning workout this morning before work. I cant do weights with everyone watching me so mY workout time will be switching. Lower Body day Squats,leg press, glutes press, extension, curls, back extension and of course cardio... Already feeling the pain... LOL No Pain no Gain

Ouch 4.8 lbs gained... I knew it would be about that...Oh well. Injections restarted today. No point in wasting them when I went off protocol. Today is a new day and I am more motivated than ever. I meet with my personal trainer today to go over the weights addition to my workout routine. Looking forward to it.
