ok you are trying to go to fast relax you will take as much time as you have to have so do not get in a rush you did it once before and you can do it again but this time you will do the maintaining to be successful so just put yourself in a place of rest and not one of stress . only you can do it no one else can for you , one day , one week , and one month . YOU CAN DO IT
