I'm back! I took a month off of recording my diet to see how it would go. I don't think it was too awful.
In the last month I have started a new job, put the baby in daycare, and started a new workout plan. I have moved meat almost completley out of the picture. I also have taken milk out. This has helped significantly with my stomach problems.
Billy bought the TurboFire workout, and today is day 9. I like it. I think I'll like it more though once I get comfortable with the corriography. I was doing the weight lifting class at 5:30am on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and it makes me sore, but it is the same everytime...which bores me.
I have a goal to lose 15 pounds over the next 12 weeks. Goal is 135lbs. This should get my belly down...I hope.
Because I have been good with exercise, and still not losing weight, I am going to have to crack down hard on diet. I might even get to 2 hours of exercise a day when time allows.
It has yet to warm up. It has not been above 50 degrees (and not windy) yet. I really would like some summer weather to get me in the salad and fresh fruit mood.
I'd also like to get back to 8+ glasses of water a day. I'm just short of it, when not paying attention. I have my blue water bottle that holds 32oz, so If I can get one down before lunch, and one down before the end of the work day, I'd feel great about that. I would like to get to making some "fancy" water with lemon, or cucumber and honey.
So June...BRING IT!

Ok, I kinda feel like maybe I freak out a little too easy. My husband and one of the kids now have the "virus" I had. Sooooo there is nothing wrong with my digestive system (and probably not my diet), and I can settle down now.
All 3 kids are home today with different virus' so, I'm going to have to do some serious cleaning with Lysol!
New diet focus is high fiber, and moving meat out of the picture. I'm ready to focus on fruits and veggies. I think it gets easier to do that in warm weather anyhow.
My exercise classes continue to kick my butt. I'm super sore today, and can hardly walk. I like being sore, but I wish I could get back to loosing weight. I really have to get diet under control to do that I think. I find my struggle with food to be the biggest hurdle. I'm super self conscious about my baby fat belly, and hope someday soon, a bunch of money comes my way, and then I'll get my tummy tuck! In the mean time....eat less, exercise more!
