I am liking the way my body looks when I wake up...towards the end of the day my body doesn't look quite as good, but I am hoping as I lose a couple more lbs it wont matter what time of day it is

spent the weekend drinking...lol so much for trying not to..I am still losing some weight though and for the first time in a while I was really happy with how I looked in my outfits. I am hoping to keep it up.

I weighed myself today and I'm at 103....grrrr. I'm passing up drinking for as long as I can.

i don't know what is going on but I like it!!! I just weighed in and it was soo nice to see the scale dropping. I have a theory that it might be the fact that I haven't drank in about two or three weeks with the exception of one night. I in all honesty haven't been tracking my calories on paper...just slightly in my head. So I am not entirely sure what is happening. I wouldn't say that I am eating better, but I have been keeping my portions under control better. Sometimes I think it is just the fact that I am not so stressed out about losing weight that it has started to come off...either way I am hoping my body keeps it up...I hope everyone else is doing well.

I need to keep sticking...I have gone off a bit but I think the extra calories may have shifted my plateau..Maybe I wasn't taking in enough calories if that is even possible.
