I feel pretty good about my efforts this week, I lost 2.2 pounds and I'm starting to learn how to eat a little better. I made a black bean and salsa soup at home that was both healthy and delicious, and something I had never tried before, and I discovered two delicious things to eat when I'm eating fast food: Taco Bell's Fresco Ranchero chicken soft taco, and Wendys grilled chicken go wrap. I'm really excited that fast food places are offering healthier choices. Today I plan to take a nice long bike ride and look for a recipe for vegetarian chili.
