Last week did not go well for me. I got sick (thanks to co-workers who believe in spreading their germs around), and only worked out 2 days last week, so I gained 1.4 pounds. It could have been worse though, so I'll just work extra hard this week to lose the 1.4 pounds. I would love to see my weight fall into the 219 range or lower this week. It's been a long time since I've been under 220.

Well, I am surprised to see a 2 ounce loss this morning, I was completely out of control last week and expected a gain of at least 2 pounds. I'm getting back on track this week though.

Well, I got on the scale this morning and I've gained a pound. I'm not recording it though because I know I'll be able to lose it again in a couple of days. The last couple of weeks I've fallen apart at the end of the week. I don't like to think I'm losing my motivation now that I'm seeing real weight loss. I just have to "get back in the saddle".

Well, I wanted to get up early this morning and try out my new Biggest Loser Power Sculpt and Cardio Max DVD's, but it didn't happen. I woke up plenty early, but instead of deciding to get out of bed, I rolled over and went back to sleep. That is definiately a bad habit I'm going to have to break.
