mid night sacking ?
thanks dorsey we are doing great. i try to eat a lot of fruits vegetables moderate amount of cheese and meat. i also take multi vitamins.

is that mean if i go to bed at 9 30 or 11pm i can have snack before going to bed? like peanut butter honey and banana on whole wheat bread? or a banana only?

mid night sacking ?
i am a breast feeding mom. my son still wakes up several times at night to be breastfeed. around 1 or 2 am i get so hungry my stomach hurts i get up eat a piece of bread or few almonds. what should i do to stop getting hungry in the middle of the night? i know snacking is bad at night. please advise.
