"But something lit a fire in my soul, The voyager gon' voyage" - Labrinth - lift Off
How are you all?
Did ya like Christmas?
I hope so. It was rather boring. My parents are sick, so we didn't go anywhere.
I am looking for a chili that I can make with the crockpot on Sunday. I am going to see if I can find one on Pinterest.
I hope you had a good Christmas everyone!

Hey Hey! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
I am feeling much better, all things considered. I have made some goals for next year. I hope they work out.
1) Hopefully lose some weight, through mindful eating. My dietician loves the mindful way of eating.
2) Relearn how to draw
UPDATE: 3) Learn how to read sheet music (and then the guitar) from my friend Dan
4) Learn HTML 5, CSS 3, and Javascript (Web development course from freecodecamp.org)
5) Learn PHP and finally Node.js (Database program)
6) Become a remote Full Stack Web Developer.
7) If things don't get done, and will move what is not done to 2024.
That is all!
I hope you all have Happy Holidays! You all are awesome!

Man, that sucks. I was ready for chocolate macadamia nut coffee. It tasted horrible. This is not normal for me to buy a coffee and not like it. But it was pretty bad, and I wasted 15 bucks, and the cost of shipping.
My mom is going to take it over to my sister's home. My sister's got an espresso press, coffee maker, and other coffee related stuff! I believe she is the ultimate consumer of coffee in our family. My mom is not far behind. But she only drinks black coffee.
My assortment of coffee ranges from french vanilla, to chocolate based coffee.
I am starting to plan things out food wise. It may take some time, but it will be better.
Happy Holidays!

Today is December 23rd. I have not written since Nov 11th. It's not like me to just disappear. I've just been busy, watching basketball. No lie. I have been watching the Jazz during their season. No much else to report. I have goals for the new year, but I don't want them to be known, until I iron out some things.
Chess is not one of them.
I realize that I was obsessing over it, and it had to be broken. I entered a tournament for the first time in about 2 years I think. But the obsession broke 3 days ago.
A bunch of things got broken during my sickness over the past 2 weeks. But it all came to a head, when I looked at food. It looked disgusting. I didn't know what that meant. But it was so disgusting that I did not take in to account, that my overeating, may be actually something else.
Binge eating.
We'll have to see how that works out.
I do all that I can to not overeat. I will try to address that when I get a new therapist. My pdoc said that I needed a therapist, or they would release me from treatment, no meds, no nothing.
That worries me.
There is something about being sick enough to not eat. It makes you reevaluate things. I honestly believe that there has been divine intervention during this time.
I may be on too many meds. I have 13, and like 5 or 6 of them do the same thing. I feel I need a reset there too. I am working to possibly feel clear. I have felt clear for 3 days now, and I can actually think.
It's interesting how all this came about. I think I have a vague idea as to what to do.
I am going to have tomatoes for lunch. I looooooooooove tomatoes! Tomatoes are way good. Too much salt though.
Oh yeah! One more thing.
I am going to help my dad with the garden in 2023 too. I am going to check with him, to see if we can get zucchini, tomatoes, spices (oregano and others), and pumpkins going. We have a garden on the side of the house/backyard. I believe we can get more going.
I had tomatoes for dinner. My grocery bill was about 30 bucks. I bought like 5-7 items, and paid 30 bucks. Next year, I will be in full diabetic mode. No crazy diets, no bouncing weight around, and stuff like that.
I admit I haven't been as truthful as I have been. I just ate 7 servings of Great Value whole peeled tomatoes. I could have taken in less. I admit that. But I seem to justify it by saying it was only 100-200 calories for the whole can. Not to mention I get upset when I am told by others (not on here) that 7 servings is way too much, even though it's low in calories.
So, that is the final entry in this post, and I hope you all have a Happy Holiday tomorrow!
