Failed to keep track of my food intake on Saturday and Sunday, and ate more those two days than I normally would in a week! YUCK! Back on track yesterday and even did 2 miles on treadmill yesterday. Nothing to brag about, but better than sitting on my butt.

OK, I have followed WW for my diet. As my goal weight is only a few pounds away I can't help but wonder kind of point range I should eat to maintain my weight. The question seems silly to me, but I know I'm going to have to watch it closly because anytime I would cheat just a little I would gain a little.
