Had another birthday this wknd and UGH! No more Birthdays until mine in August so no more distractions LOL... This wknd I had a sliver of cake, but also participated in a marshmallow eating contest, and well it's kinda rude to spit them out, isn't it? And then theres the chips, but I made a nice salad and tried to fill up on that! And there was lots of running around and games.. I'm actually SORE today!
WATER WATER WATER!! Fixes everything!

Ok so my hubby was talking about how he could eat 3 BigMacs... And how he CRAVED them.. And then I'm thinking.. Hmmm , I don't really crave anything, and hmmm, all day today I went and just ate my regular meals, and didn't really think about it... Could it be that my ADDICTION to food is gone?
