I haven't been around much. No excuse really. I have been more conscious of my food though. I barely eat out, and I've been watching the carbs. 4 lbs down in 43 days...not the greatest, but it's better than gaining.

These first two months of me deciding to lose weight have not been the best. I've actually gained weight :p I need to hit the reset button, and give it another go. At least I've realized that I need to get healthy. I thought once I decided to lose weight that it'd be easy, I made a choice and that was it. I get now that it takes discipline,and motivation. Here's to a new start that I actually stick with!!
