Well I am back down to 160. Woohoo? LOL That is 4 lbs lower than on Monday. It just sucks to be relosing the same 5 lbs. But I've been working out and sticking to the diet as well as possible for the last 3 days. I need to do it for at least 2 weeks-a month.

Ok, it's time to start listening to my body. I'm done eating too much on purpose, it's time to get back to losing weight and working out. I can never eat like that again! UGH! I was forcing myself to eat at least 500 cal a day over for the past two days, but I was trying to bump up my metabolism....call me crazy...:)

Was doing well but got off track recently. Recommiting for tomorrow to lose 2 lbs in the next 4 days.

Finally getting under 156...I was weighing as high as 160 last week, today I'm 155.8. This diet definitely works, and I'm not following it perfectly either. 150 here I come!
