Ok..Miercoles i did 50 minutes worked out..my morning was healthy dos barras de cereal, at noon 4 bread slices w cheese, afternoon a cup of rice pudding, at night i have chicken soup. Jueves ..hmmm.. A LARGE CARAMEL FRAPPE WITH PLAIN BAGEL AND original CREME CHEESE ON THE SIDE.. REALLY GOOD..BUT MY BODY WILL COMPLAIN..jajajja..at noon i got nothing, after tremendous bf jajajaja..in the afternoon i had a cup of rice pudding.. at night shrimp soup with some vegetables on it, one hour worked out..today Friday ha!! i got two hard donuts with coffee..at noon shrimp soup again..lets see como termina el dia ..
