Began cooking Korean food on Nov. 19th. Fresh vegetables, meat, fish, rice & pasta. Enjoy the food more, makes me feel healthy, gives me more energy, can go between meals longer & only eat twice per day as was my old ways prior to trying to lose weight. I think everything is fresher from the Asian market than the grocery store, some items are more expensive such as the spices they use but its worth it in the end. After one month I lost 6 lbs. I couldn't ask for better weight control, the seasonings are more flavorful & I'm eating food I like. I have tried to eat a hamburger & piece of pizza recently & it tastes bad to me; like its rotten. This is also good I guess but I never really ate a lot of them to begin with.

Finding it very hard to eat 3 meals, I'm busy from the moment I get up with kids & chores and forget to eat. I finally get hungry around 2 pm and then feel its too late to eat a meal so I grab something to tide me over until dinner. An Atkins bar or some 0 carb beef sausage sticks. And on top of that I think my stomach shrank and I can't finish my meals when I do have them. A two egg omelet stuffed w/green pepper, onion & meat is too much for me as is just a couple plain eggs. I don't know what's happening and I haven't lost anything noticable this week. I'll be starting back at the gym tomorrow, its time to stop babying the back pain & work thru it and I found the perfect time when it's not crowded!
