I have always watched my food. There was a time where I lost 75 lbs just doing a low fat diet. Since then I have put back on 20. I had kept it off for 7 years.
I am happy with my weight now. I have lost 17 lbs since being on the You diet and I do not think I want to lose any more.
I have started running again, and I need to stay focused. My pattern is, lose the weight, start running, and think I can eat whatever I want.. It starts slowly, and before I know it, I will be on the way to unhealthy eating again.
I like this Diet , because the food is explained well, Why it works and how it works. Knowledge is power.

Hello again.. I do not know why the posts are not going through. How are you doing? How did your weekend go?
I have been running a lot and eating a little more freely. I am scaling back and getting back into more of the healty foods. Just thought I would try again to reach you.

Free Day
I have found that allowing myself 1 day a week to eat whatever I want really makes this diet easy. At first I was afraid that I would never go back after the Free Day, But I use Sunday for a free day and then the start of the work week I return to my routine.
The Body For Life diet uses this approach.
