Worked all week to drop what I gained with my cheat weekend and surprised all the beer, bread, pasta and Halloween candy didn't gain more but it certainly prevented any real weight loss this week. Goal - no cheat weekend. Ordered magic bullet to simplify protein shake and mashed veggie/cauli production, cheese sauce etc...
Side note: VERY disappointed in the Quest bars - how do people eat those things? They literally taste like old alcohol/vodka ugh. I bought like 8 bars, tried 2 flavors and literally threw them out after 2 bites.
Quest PB protein powder quite good though. Can't wait for the day I can add in some frozen banana to that shake.
As always, need more meal prepping for bfast and lunch for week.

Bought new scale yesterday to replace broken one that was probably 5 years too old. Cutting back on Atkins "treats" - bars, sweets etc. Using them as meals doesn't help any and my body does not digest nuts well, if at all. Need to be more diligent about preparing meals for breakfast and lunch. The weight is not coming off as easily as it did 5 years ago but that shouldn't be surprising because well, I'm in 30's and quit cigs. I'll get there.
