It's been over a month since I last recorded my weight. I'm down 8oz. so I guess that's a good thing that I didn't gain back any of the weight I had lost. I also haven't been doing my work outs. So this week I'm going to start it all back up. It's just been so crazy around here with the kids, and the business that I put myself on the back of the list again. I can say that while I was not working out, I did watch what I ate, and tried to stick with the diet as much as possible. I can be proud of myself for that. So, now it's time to pick myself up, brush off the dust on my workout gear and get back to it. Wish me luck:)

Haven't been feeling like myself for the past 2 weeks. I didn't input my weight last week it is the same as for this week. So I guess that's good that I didn't gain from last week. I'm hoping my mood will improve this week. I have been doing my walks. I walked 2 miles today felt good afterward. Just have a lot on my mind right now and a lot to figure out.
