I'm Back!
So I'm reintroducing myself after being away for over 4 yrs.
Went back up to over 100 Kg now at 94.1 Kg.
Surprisingly got out and started running. It actually wasn't bad. I surprised the hell out of myself- ran 3 Km then 5 Km then 9 Km one day after the next. Watching what I eat and have been intermittent fasting. Went back to making my green smoothies in advance.
Back on track.

Workout
Did P90-X - love it! Right now I'm working on my cardio base - keep your HR at (180-age) for more info check out SocDoc web site. I was a cardio Poo Poo-er until I read the work he based his research on and am convinced a good cardio base will actually improve your ability to increase gains from work outs like P90-X

Heart Rate Monitors
Garmin Forerunner 410 - excellent watch with GPS and you can sign up with Garmin connect and have all your work outs uploaded and tracked.
It's only my opinion but I did a lot of research and I came to the conclusion that this was the best bang for your buck! I picked mine up at Costco for $170.00
