back to starting again. just been dealing w so much drama.i did eat to much unhealthy latley but....im not giving up. gonna start home workouts tomorrow maybe u tube.

I am gonna do the brat diet today. I am constantly in the bathroom😕 my own fault. so breakfast is applesauce and a piece dry toast. banana and rice for lunch. hope that helps my nausea issue and my bathroom problem. not gna weigh until sun

hello to everyone that follows me. I have had a really bad week with alot a family drama. I have been stress eating more than ever and i am paying for it with severe stomach cramps.i will definitely get back on track tomorrow. I am so bloated and really disappointed with myself. hope to cleanse with chicken broth and jello tomorrow. drink plenty of water too.

woke up with a Charlie horse. I guess I'm lacking magnesium? ok gonna try to go back sleep. any advice for the cramps in my leg? good night all.
