I have 50 lb to loose I'm going to follow the raw food diet - I have lost about 8 lb since my opp just by really cutting back. I really want to excercise like mad for the next 2 weeks my target is to shift 14 lb in 2 weeks !! I really want this that will take me down to 12.5stone which would be really amazing then in a month I could be down to 11.5 stone which would completely change my life all I have to do I stick to this - it can change my life & help to build my confidence

Had a lot of family stuff going on which made dieting difficult however I've still managed to loose a bit - hurrah x

Well it's day 2 ! Stuck to the diet yesterday ( this is pretty amazing for me) feeling much stronger, & more confident that I can do this.

Started my low carb diet today.
Trying to keep a food diary so i see exactly what i eat.
trying to increase my exercise.
Need to beat my own deamons & stay focused
