did 30 mins of tae bo cardio circuit. almost passed the hell out( but i'm okay)and i felt my asthma creeping up on me.. i was sweating my butt off.. and had a atkins shake and 2 fried eggs and bacon for breakfast/lunch...

woke up a lil late today.. cause i've been having trouble sleeping so i am not back on track with that.. Other then that i really think that i need to hide the scale.. if not i'm gonna be on it every single day which is not a good thing at all i am so fixated on what the scale says..and i know thats not the way to do it.. i'm gonna ask my fiance to hide it for me and bring it out once a week or week and a half.. that way i'm more suprised what the scale says.. hopefully i can give the scale up lol

man i am freakin messin up big time.. i cant believe that its been so hard for me to get back on track.. since i was a little sick.. but yeah i'm having a hard time.. i start over and a couple days later i go back to my old ways... i just keep on doing this back and forth...

just started today.. should try to record what i eat that way i know how my body reacts to different amounts of carbs or what not.
for breakfast had umm 5 slices of bacon,omelet (2)with cheese and some tomatoes..
atkins shake for lunch
baked chicken with garlic spinach and broccoli with butter on top
crystal light(fruit punch)
3 tall glasses of water(have to drink way more)
