now that i've lost the couple pounds i gained from those pills i was taking.. hopefully the weight will start coming off like its supposed to...thanks for everyones support huggs&kisses love jo

well all this stuff happpened with the pills so i decided not to take them anymore... but its still in my system woke up this morning really groggy.. and not to mention i gained weight which one of the reasons i went off it in the first place.. man, this is really becoming a battle.. why does it seem like everytime were doing something right.. something goes wrong and sets us back.. but i'm not ready to give up.. today is gonna be another day of working out really hard at the gym.. making sure to drink lots and lots of water.. and to stay within my carb range... hopefully by monday i see some results or else imma be one pissed off chick.. i mean i love seeing some type of result whether it be by ounces or lbs but i need to see something and it seems like this time around on atkins..i cant get even close to the weight loss that i've experienced.. so thats putting me down alot.. i'm trying thats all i can say

1 liter bottle of water,atkins bar,3 pickles, worked out for an hr in total.. stationary bike 30 mins(5.58 miles in 31 mins)100 cals burned... elliptical trainer for 30 mins 276.3 cals burned
