Slowly we "melt"...love this food plan! Have had clothes in the closet from my 50th birthday year that are now too loose to wear!!! So I've saved this stuff and why? Too big, time to pitch lol! As they say, nothing tastes as good as feeling THIS good!

Bought my wedding dress and fit perfectly into a 12! Yippee!! My fiancee told me that "whatever size I am when we get married is the perfect size"...I really appreciate his support:)0
So it's back to Phase 1 with no "treats", including wine...for the next few weeks. July 7 isn't that far away.

My jeanskirt from last summer almost falls off my hips, and yesterday was the first time I could tuck my teashirt inside my waistband and wear a belt! YIPPEE...little victories! This week is total Phase 1, and detox today. Need a jumpstart that was intended for last week but didn't happen. Here we go!

Week off! Took a 3 day mini vacation to do some shopping for the wedding, added in some rum and coke and wine with a few dinners, chewed on a few mouthfuls of hash browns, and celebrated 2 birthdays...so not bad! Treats, not cheats. This week is back to Phase 1, including a detox day. Need to get down 5 more pounds!!!

Going back to Phase 1... obviously the intro of little carbs isn't in the plan yet...so taking another tactic for a week or so! Oh the sins of eating too many strawberries lol!
