I forgot to write my weigh in last week. Last week, I gained 1.6 lbs. But this week, I lost 1.4....I'm fine with that. It's been a rough and stressful semester so far, I'm hoping lose again next week. I want to get to goal at some point soon, I don't want to pay for meetings anymore! Ok, I gotta study.

I hope this means I've busted through my plateau! I worked my butt off trying to keep track of everything and making sure I stayed within points. Classes are really picking up for me so it's been a challenge! But, at this point I've lost 20 pounds on WW!!! I'm really happy right now. I need to keep up this momentum!

Ugh. I gained another pound last week. Man, I am frustrated. These months of plateau have been aggravating. This week I've been far more strict with my eating. I felt I did this last week as well. But, then preceded to gain. Hopefully it works out for the next weigh in. I approached my leader at my last meeting about what to do. She gave me a little pamphlet to check out. It basically said I have to really refocus how I am eating. So, I've been writing EVERYTHING down. Even if it's just a taste of something.
