Placing recipes on the app
I use the MyFatSecret tab at the top of the screen (PC version) and then go to My Cookbook. From My Cookbook you can "Submit a recipe". Or as Canaveral-Beach wrote, you can save items entered as a favorite meal.

Net Cal calculation
To change the sleep calories - Go to "enter exercise" and enter a custom exercise "MyDay" for example and set 16 hours and 1 kcal then add this to your day. This will reduce your daily resting number. You can play around with the hours until you get the number you want to use. Once you have the number you like you can save this to your defaults on "My Daily Exercise Defaults."
Hope this helps.

Overwhelmed
I have recently started making Salads in mason jars on Sundays and they easily last for the week and stay fresh. The first two recipes I used were 300 - 400 calories per salad. The taco salad this week is a bit more on the calories but i'm trying to reduce the carbs.

So Frustrated!
Perfect Weight Forever requires too much of an emotional inventory for me. I rather get to the science of nutrition rather than the psychology of food choices.
