I've fallen off the horse hard. I think that I am focusing too much on a plan and not on making habits. Changing how I look at thing and focus now. Plus I just found out my 3yr old son isn't biologically mine, and that I've been lied to for years, which put me in a mental state that was not exactly healthy.

Now we make progress I guess.

Meal prep has been slack past two days but maintaining under my intake goal, adjusting meal prep this weekend. Got a new PR on my benchpress yesterday 180x3n as well as front squat earlier this week 165x5! I need some flatter shoes for lifting. Regardless big jump for me!
