well I guess I'm stuck in a rut right now. Nothing is changing at all. I am getting really fustrated. I'm giving myself another week and if nothing changes I have to change my routine. I think I might be exercising too much, or not eating enough. Oh well, we'll see what happens in a week.

Woo the holidays really threw me off. As well as stress with my family. I am not getting back on track. I am also quitting smoking. My last day is Saturday!!! So hopfully I don't gain or pause me weight loss in this process. I am really excited to start over this year. Good luck to all of you!!!!

I was so motivated for a while and now I'm doing so badly. I keep saying ok tomorrow i'm starting over and by lunch I lose track. I am eating healthy I just can't be motivated enough to exercise. If anyone has any adivce that would be great. Thanks

Thank you everyone who has left me comments. It's been a bad few weeks and I have gained a whole lot. My aunt passed away last Tuesday and I found out my grandfather in law has liver and lung cancer. So I've had many mixed emotions. I feel my depression slump coming on more and more and I know getting back on my diet will make me feel better. So i'm starting fresh right now.
