Well today is day one. First day of may. I got up at 5.30am (which was hard) and worked out at the gym on the stairmaster for about 50 mins. Current weight is indeed 200. I am looking for a good 5 pound drop this week. Mostly water I am sure, but still about 5. If I feel good after work I may take a 45 min walk around the park near my house. I had a large cup of coffee and a can of chicken for breakfast.
