Ok then. No replies so I guess that would be a no.

Old Atkins Meal Tracker
Does anyone know how to access the old Atkins meal tracker from a couple years ago? I stopped using one when the Atkins site changed a while back. I just don't care for the tracker they now offer, or at least I didn't. Haven't looked at in quite a while.

For those of you on Low-Carb diets
Two different flours there. Flax meal has almost no carbs to it. The calories in it come from fat. Nutrition in the two is not the same. Have you tried one? I can personally attest to the fact that LCHF eating can and does work. I lost 125 pounds doing it, don't have sugar cravings, my blood work is now fantastic and the doc has taken me off HBP meds. If the low calorie way works for you more power to you. Don't knock what might work for someone else just because it's not the same.

For those of you on Low-Carb diets
The variations are only limited by your imagination and the ingredients we can safely eat. I've even made them with capers and minced garlic. Chopped jalapenos gives it a nice kick. Sun dried tomatoes is good but go light. easy to rack up the carbs with them. Chop in a little spinach and some feta.

For those of you on Low-Carb diets
If you add picante you will need to nuke a little longer. Try crumbling a little bacon in one. Also good with some blue cheese. Works well for a BLT. I have a BLT most mornings when I'm at work. Has to be with beef bacon because there is no pork here.
