3/4 of the job done, belly acceptable now, made up coz its barely loose skin,which is more than I can say for my wrinkly butt !!!!! 😔😟.....Well,I am over 50 🤔😮😉

Early evening weigh in, due to naughty night ahead 😬, Delighted, soon be heading towards 13st ✔️ Thing is,... I seem to spend most of time ‘compensating for the naughty nights, ‘haaaa 😂. Down 1.1lb 👍

My ‘zonal dieting’ is sooo slow (1 naughty day, followed by 3 good day), May try ditching the naughty but Hey !!!!! Still Winning 😉😃
