Hi!
I'm joining here to keep better track of what I'm eating. I've lost 6 inches in my waist over the last year, with minor changes to my eating and starting a serious workout program. At this point, I am a very healthy fat guy and would love to get rid of the "fat" part.
Currently, my goals are:
1. Run a 5k by March 2012. I did well on a Couch-to-5k program last year until plantar fasciitis sidelined me. I start training again in January with new shoes.
2. 100 Pushups in 7 Weeks. Already on Week 1, Day 2 of this program (Advanced 1 program, if anyone's familiar with the book; over 50 done today.)
3. Keep a daily log of everything I eat. I planned to start on January 1, but couldn't think of a reason not to start immediately.
