As of today, I've started back on eating right. As you can see, I've gained 6 lbs from my lowest weight a few weeks ago. I'm pretty irritated with myself but at the same time, I had a LOT of fun and I'm happy I did it. We went to the lake this weekend, NICE JOKE about keeping a watchful eye on what I was eating HAHA. Yeah, I watched it go into my mouth. We had pork ribs, brisket, sandwiches, junk food, and BEER/Mixed drinks. It was nice, and worth it but now I'm paying for it by having to start over on my eating. I ate so much that last night I could feel the food in my throat and my indigestion was horrible. I will definitely watch what I eat from here on out for the next few months. I dont have any plans other than lake weekends but those will be filled with sandwiches and such, so I can take it easy and have salads on those weekends or something. I feel a little more motivated today so hopefully I'll be able to do it and be serious about it.

I still have not gained or lost but I have to admit, I can NOT seem to get back on track. It was almost as if the vacation opened me up to a whole new world of eating or something. I did work out last night for an hour and as late as it is, I'm about to get up and work out for an hour tonight. BUT, this doesnt help that I'm not losing anything. I'm going to the lake in the morning and everytime I'm there, I begin to gain weight :( I am NOT looking forward to this, I'm going to try so hard to eat right this weekend but still, it does not help that I'm stuck RIGHT HERE. My husband said whenever I stood on the scale today "dang babe, you're not doing so good are you?" Yeah, thats real encouraging. I've been so hungry. Well, wish me luck. I HOPE that I can get back on track soon. I'm happy I'm not gaining but I'm very upset that I'm not losing either.
