I'm so grateful it's the weekend!
This week I'm concentrating on keeping peaceful and relaxed to minimize cortisol which interferes with weight release. I'm also going to cut back on eating things that come in a box and have lots of sodium.

I am grateful for the hot bath I just took in my extra deep tub. Being relaxed at the start of my day helps me be less stressed which I think helps weight RELEASE (thank you Sugar Waffle for teaching me to use "release" instead of "lose."
